Nqobile is an innovative peace and development practitioner with extensive experience working on consensus building around key community and youth issues and their meaningful engagement with key stakeholders to ensure they fully participate and influence in national decision making and policy formulation processes. His global exposure, holistic approach, and ability to work with and in diverse settings have enabled him to seamlessly work with national, regional, and international institutions in his quest to attain durable peace and sustainable development. As director of Voices In the Vision for Africa (VIVA), he has relentlessly pursued the capacity building of young men and women in strategic leadership so they can be more effective in their various areas of influence and ultimately shape and influence national policy for the betterment of their constituencies and collective national development. He enjoys the outdoors lifestyle, traveling, and meeting new people.
