Irene is an entrepreneur with 12 years of experience in business management, media, public relations communications, and gender and youth empowerment. She is the founder and CEO of Frontline Management Company, based out of Tanzania operating across East Africa, that focuses in communication and technology. Irene is also the founder and president of The Women of Achievement, a women empowerment NGO that focuses on mentoring women and girls across Africa in areas of leadership, economic livelihoods, and social and emotional wellbeing. She is a mother to three leaders; Zion (13), Ethan (7) and Axel (2).
