At Your Pace

Start your morning with movement. At Your Pace is a weekly walk or light run launching from Jackson Park Field next to Home Court, in partnership with Peace Runners 773.
Each session begins with a guided warm-up, followed by a group walk or run. Take breaks when you need to, and move in a way that feels right for you.
The route moves through the campus and surrounding park. After, you can refuel and socialize at our on-campus cafe. Over time, it becomes familiar—same time, same place, a few more faces you recognize each week.
Weekly on Thursdays from August 6, 2026 - October 8 2026.
9:15 a.m.: Check in/Registration
9:45 a.m.: Dynamic Warm Up
10 a.m.: At Your Pace Program
11 a.m.: Cool down

Peace Runners 773 is a non-profit organization that advocates for health equity. Their programming empowers, educates and brings awareness to holistic health and wellness through physical, mental and social wellbeing while creating safe spaces for movement in our underserved communities.
