The Obama Foundation is proud to offer comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance for employees, spouses/domestic partners, and dependent children. For employee only coverage, 100 percent of the monthly premiums are paid by the Foundation.
Paid Time Off
The Obama Foundation offers 3+ weeks of paid vacation, sick days, a floating holiday, as well as 14 Foundation holidays. Foundation staff also enjoy a paid holiday week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day, and early closures preceding most holiday weekends.
The Obama Foundation makes a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100 percent of your elective deferrals, up to 4 percent of your compensation.
The Obama Foundation-paid life insurance equals $50,000.
The Obama Foundation provides short-term and long-term disability insurance. The benefit is 60 percent of weekly or monthly earnings, respectively.
