Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer

Elisabeth (Liz) Siciliano serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer at the Obama Foundation. In this role, Liz oversees strategic planning, impact measurement and evaluation, Board engagement, and Foundation governance. Liz joined the Obama Foundation in 2015 as Chief of Staff, overseeing finance and operations, and serving as the Foundation’s initial in-house counsel, Board liaison, and acting secretary. From 2013 to 2015, Liz was Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Organizing for Action, a 501(c)(4) advocacy organization. Prior to that, Liz was an Associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. Liz received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Liz currently serves on the board of Room to Heal, the Impact Council for A Better Chicago, and the WOW Advisory Council for Youth Guidance. She is a member of the Leadership Greater Chicago Signature Fellows class of 2021.
