About the Diversity Consultant RFP

The Obama Foundation is seeking a Diversity Consultant to work cooperatively with the Foundation and other Project team members to implement (1) a Diverse Contracting Plan and (2) a Local Workforce Participation Plan to ensure that Local Residents (residents of the South and West sides of Chicago, including the Woodlawn, Washington Park, and South Shore neighborhoods), along with certified minority-owned businesses (“MBE”), women-owned businesses (“WBE”), businesses owned by people with disabilities (“BEPD”), businesses owned by veterans (“VBE”) or service-disabled veterans (“SDVBE”), and LGBT business enterprises (“LGBTBE”) (collectively “Diverse Suppliers”) have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the pre-construction services and construction activities of the OPC.

Registrations for downloading the Diversity Consultant RFP are now closed. Proposal submissions are due on October 18, 2017.
