MBK Portland accepted the MBK Community Challenge to improve the lives of boys and young men of color (BYMOC) in 2014. MBK Portland is working to "End the Pipeline 2030". Their effort focuses on redressing the barriers in the educational, economic, criminal justice systems, and improving factors that lead to family stability, which they believe can end the school to prison pipeline. MBK Portland is focused on the following three MBK milestones: (2), (5), (6).
