MBK Orange County accepted the MBK Community Challenge to improve the lives of boys and young men of color (BYMOC) in 2014. MBK Orange County is working to ensure career readiness, successful workforce entry, and job stability for all youth, particularly BYMOC. In addition, MBK Orange County is developing tools and processes to examine structural and institutionalized racism that contributes to poor life outcomes for BYMOC, with the purpose of enhancing the advocacy capacity for youth-development agencies.
