MBK Flint accepted the MBK Community Challenge to improve the lives of boys and young men of color in 2014. MBK Flint is a partnership between the City of Flint, Mott Community College, Flint Genesee Chamber of Commerce, Flint Genesee Literacy Network, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and One Love Global. Youth organizing is at the core of their approach, with an emphasis on healing justice, racial, gender and educational equity. MBK Flint seeks to engage young people to serve as leaders in Flint's recovery and are focused on all six MBK milestones.
