Lorenza Ramirez is the founder and executive director at Blueline Fellows, Inc., a nonprofit that addresses the cyclical unemployment of campaign staff by connecting them with year-long positions at mission-driven organizations. Under Lorenza's leadership, Blueline Fellows has partnered with more than 20 employers in support of retaining talent in the campaign ecosystem between election cycles. Previously, Lorenza served as a statewide organizing director for the Arizona Democratic Party, where she led voter turnout programs, building a base of over 16,000 campaign volunteers. She also launched the party’s first statewide Spanish-language and voter turnout program in Arizona. Lorenza is driven by her commitment to strengthen democracy by enabling pathways for sustainable careers in advocacy and electoral work.
