Kimberly M. Lowry is the vice president and executive director at the Texas Association of Community Colleges, where she leads statewide strategies to advance student success, equity, and economic mobility. In this role, she directs the Texas Success Center, which advances student success by supporting all 50 Texas community college districts in developing policies and programs to strengthen college-to-workforce pathways for underserved students. Kimberly helped implement House Bill 8, transitioning over 50 community colleges to performance-based funding for improved student outcomes. As the former director of leadership and impact at the Aspen Institute, Kimberly led the Rising Presidents Fellowship, contributing to 99 fellows advancing to college presidencies, changing the leadership landscape in higher education.
