Justin Hardin is the co-founder and chief technology officer of Climatebase, a nonprofit organization that mobilizes global talent to accelerate climate solutions by connecting individuals with impactful careers, fostering collaboration, and empowering organizations to address the climate crisis at scale. Justin’s leadership has supported over 2,500 fellows in a climate career accelerator, equipping them with the skills to enter or advance in careers where they can drive impactful solutions in climate change. Justin’s efforts at convening unlikely cross-sector partners have accelerated collective action for climate solutions through an innovative tech-powered community in Silicon Valley, resulting in the creation of SF Climate Week, a platform that bridges grassroots action with systemic change, providing a space for collaboration and innovation that has attracted over 20,000 participants.
