Joe Flippin is a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he mobilizes capital to advance environmental sustainability, economic development, and responsible governance through impact-driven investment advising. Drawing on twelve years of public service across the U.S. Department of State, Congress, and the Office of Refugee Resettlement, Joe has built investor ecosystems in New York City, Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles, convening over 250 cross-sector stakeholders to drive financial capital for community resilience and systemic change. Joe’s leadership empowers individuals and institutions to make informed and intentional investment decisions in order to build a stakeholder-driven, inclusive model of economic growth.
