Jeff Haynes is the senior manager at Cox Communications, where he leads strategy and innovation for the company’s $12 billion telecommunications business, focusing on bridging the digital divide for low-income households. He has spearheaded national initiatives like StraightUp Internet and the Affordable Connectivity Program, which have collectively provided affordable, high-speed internet to thousands of underserved families across the country. Motivated by his own life experience, Jeff also leads the DiverseAbility employee resource group at Cox, building one of the company’s largest internal networks from zero to 1,500 members to support employees with disabilities and caregivers.
