Chief Growth Officer, Mission 44

New York City, New York

Jamie Elfenbein is the chief growth officer at Mission 44, a nonprofit founded by Sir Lewis Hamilton to advance equity in education for underrepresented youth to access career pathways, especially in STEM and motorsport. Jamie is building a more inclusive Formula 1 ecosystem, reaching 300,000 young people through grants, STEM mentorship programs, and motorsport career pipelines. She spearheaded the inaugural STEM activation at the 2023 and 2024 Formula 1 Grand Prix in Austin, creating hands-on STEM opportunities for 50 young women of color—an initiative that inspired students to push for new motorsport-focused learning labs in their schools. Jamie has translated her experience in educational equity as a founding teacher for a Title I school in Texas to philanthropy investing in numerous organizations across the U.S., U.K., and Brazil to drive economic mobility for youth.
