Founder & President, Center for Intimacy Justice

San Francisco, California

Jackie Rotman is the founder and president at the Center for Intimacy Justice (CIJ), an organization dedicated to dismantling digital barriers that block access to sexual and reproductive health information. Her pivotal investigation at CIJ, published in the New York Times and over 100 media outlets, exposed Meta's systemic rejection of ads from 100% of the 60 women's health businesses and nonprofits she and her team studied, subsequently leading Meta to revise multiple global advertising policies within months. This work garnered citations in a United States Senate hearing, letters from Senate committees to Meta and the Federal Trade Commission, and public backing from five senators. Driven by personal experience and motivation to improve institutional response, Jackie dismantles barriers to health knowledge and economic opportunity.
