Gabriela Gironas is the senior director of creator strategy at Wasserman, where they lead creator strategy for global brands through culture-first storytelling. They are the former general manager of Keychange U.S., a nonprofit championing gender equity and inclusion in the music industry, where they provided talent development and global marketing to women, trans, and non-binary individuals to address the industry’s imbalance of gender representation. Gabriela spearheaded Keychange's Talent Development Program, which provided support to 50 artists and executives from underrepresented groups and within six months of launch had garnered $80,000 in sponsorships. They currently serve as governor of the Recording Academy’s Los Angeles Chapter Board, helping shape regional strategy, strengthen community engagement, and advocate for policies that support and expand access for music creators.
