A former Army Combat Engineer who served in the Iraq War, he leads the network to establish local veteran-led community hubs that foster active civil service, provide civic education within veteran and military family service organizations, and organize efforts that promote representative democracy, protect civil liberties, and uphold human rights at every level of government. Christopher worked with numerous organizations to help grow the number of veterans serving as national poll workers during elections, from 1,000 in 2020 to over 160,000 by 2024.
