Sheila Raha Sarhangi is the vice president of strategic communications at the Hawaii Community Foundation, an organization committed to delivering meaningful progress in Hawai‘i by providing resources, funding opportunities, partnerships, and advocacy. In her role, Sheila is responsible for leading communication strategies to drive progress for the wellbeing of Hawai'i’s people. She is also the founder and chair of the Pacific Remote Islands Coalition, where she leads a diverse coalition made up of fisherpeople, scientists, cultural practitioners, politicians, and others to advocate collectively to preserve a healthy Pacific.
