Vice President of Development and Donor Services, Community Foundation of Greater Flint

Mount Morris, Michigan

Lottie Ferguson is the vice president of development and donor services at the Community Foundation of Greater Flint. She works to connect donors with the needs of the community and elevate conversations on climate change response in urban communities, both locally and nationally. Prior to her current role, she served as the chief resilience officer for community partners where she led the development and implementation of the city’s resilience strategies and raised more than $25 million dollars in grant funding. She was recently appointed to Governor of Michigan’s “Growing Michigan Together” working group which focuses on developing infrastructure and strategies to increase the state's population. She has been personally affected by Flint’s water crisis and her experience building consensus with community partners speaks to her cross-sectoral leadership in climate change, urban planning, and philanthropy.
