Kelly Ross is the founder & executive director of ECHO Collective, an organization created to connect and empower refugee and immigrant women by providing opportunities through entrepreneurship and textile artisanship. Having launched a retail store that she chose to run as a cooperative with communal decision making, she promotes economic mobility and financial independence for immigrant women from 16 different countries. Kelly hopes to expand the impact of her cooperative beyond Nebraska and shape the future of local businesses creating social impact.
