Siddhartha Roy, Ph.D., is an environmental engineer and researcher at The Water Institute at UNC, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He works in the areas of drinking water, public health, citizen science, international development, and environmental justice in the United States and West Africa. He and his teams' scientific and humanitarian relief work, along with residents of Flint, Michigan, uncovered the Flint Water Crisis.
