Robert Lee is the chief executive officer of Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, Inc. (RLC), an organization that redistributes excess food to people experiencing food insecurity. RLC works to make food rescue the universal standard rather than the exception. Robert leads the organization's growth, vision, and expansion of the concept of food rescue throughout the country. Robert is passionate about social entrepreneurship.
