Nicole Outlaw is a program manager at NCGrowth, a university center that helps businesses and communities create good jobs and equitable opportunities. NCGrowth works to create good jobs and new wealth in economically distressed communities by providing technical assistance to businesses, governments, and other organizations. Nicole leads the organization's program in eastern North Carolina. Nicole is passionate about connecting people to the resources they need and developing strategies for their continued success.
