Jean Reidy

Jean Reidy is the senior medical director of Advanced Practice Providers at Oak Street Health, a national values-based primary care company that is rebuilding health care as it should be. Oak Street Health works to improve health outcomes for older adults in underresourced communities. Jean leads the company's strategy to recruit, retain, and grow the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant workforce so that more seniors can access high-quality health care. Jean is passionate about advancing health equity and the role of Advanced Practice Providers in addressing the primary care workforce shortage.
