Audrey P. Willis is the co-founder of CodeCrew, an organization dedicated to creating diversity and inclusion in computing through education, workforce development, and advocacy. CodeCrew works to empower individuals through coding, helping bridge the gap for underrepresented communities in the technology industry. Audrey leads CodeCrew's Code School, which provides hands-on training designed to train adults to be entry-level software developers with the skills necessary to thrive in the tech world. Audrey is passionate about cultivating an inclusive tech workforce where diversity is celebrated, and opportunities are accessible to all.
