Luise Ammerschuber is the founder and director of YESS Impact, an advisory company empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to drive bold transformation in social entrepreneurship, women’s leadership, and sustainability. Through strategic consulting, entrepreneurship education, and international speaking, she advances gender equality, financial inclusion, and the creation of businesses across Switzerland and beyond. She also leads YESS Circle, a nonprofit organization focused on innovation and technology for sustainable development, with initiatives in financial education, women’s empowerment, and entrepreneurship. As co-lead of the Female Investors Network Swiss Chapter, Luise connects women-led startups with funding opportunities and mentors emerging female investors. Luise has delivered keynote speeches at the United Nations, TEDx, and during the World Economic Forum week. The YESS Impact Podcast serves as a platform to foster conversations on sustainability, leadership, and equity for a global audience.
