Senior Quality Manager, Kamapim Limited
Papua New Guinea
Matilda Fidelma Jolley Kollmorgen is the senior quality manager at Kamapim Limited, a company that supports sustainable agriculture by training and managing smallholder farmers in remote rainforest communities. Specializing in vanilla cultivation for international markets, she has trained over 19,000 farmers and field officers—many of whom are illiterate—equipping them with the tools to improve their livelihoods. With a background in banking and financial accounting, Matilda also launched Papua New Guinea’s first rural microloan program, integrated with a mobile banking app to expand financial access for farmers. Her commitment is fueled by the resilience of the communities she serves as they work to protect their economic identity.
