Their experience spans roles in multiple agencies, contributing to inclusive workplace strategies and equity-focused policy design. Kauri draws inspiration from the resilience of their Māori communities and is committed to fostering systems that uphold fairness, cultural integrity, and collective wellbeing across Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific region.
