Hazwan Razak is the head of innovation and entrepreneurship at the Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation, a government-owned company building an inclusive digital ecosystem. At the state level, he supports small businesses, students, innovators, and community builders through digital upskilling, employment opportunities, and access to quality education—particularly in underserved and rural communities. His initiatives have reduced digital inequity for over 60,000 people, including running 40 STEM programs in more than 500 schools for 25,000 students and helping 20,000 small businesses grow their revenue through e-commerce. With experience in international development, Hazwan is committed to co-creating community-driven solutions that advance digital inclusion and opportunity.
