Carly Leung is the co-founder of Climate Incubator, an organization dedicated to supporting climate leaders and expanding employment opportunities in sustainability to build a more climate-resilient future. Since launching in 2021, Carly has engaged over 5,000 members of the public through events and programs. The Asia Green Jobs Mentorship Program—Climate Incubator’s flagship initiative—operates in 10 countries, connecting youth with over 80 mentors to explore climate solutions and careers. Carly is also a member of the UN Asia-Pacific Youth Advisory Group on Environmental and Climate Justice and the Regional Youth Parliament on Climate Action and has represented youth at high-level events, including COP27, COP28, and COP29. She draws ongoing inspiration from fellow climate activists driving change across the region.
