Joseph is the Founder of Ethnicity Viet and Jos Creative a cultural preservation project that preserves and promotes the motifs of the ethnic minorities through media and digital art. He believes that promoting mutual understanding among rural and urban communities will create positive change in the lives of ethnic minorities. Joseph is passionate about human centered design that creates solutions and social impact.
