Raymond M. C. Adadjisso is an advocacy and policy officer at Initiative Sankofa de l’Afrique de l’Ouest, focusing on empowering marginalized communities in West Africa. In collaboration with partners and colleagues, he has equipped over 140 organizations with resources to advance their rights and access critical health services. Raymond provides organizations with strategic financial and technical resources to develop their movements, facilitates their participation in key platforms like the Economic Community of West African States and the African Union, and provides policy and advocacy advice on how to effectively engage decision-makers, thus amplifying community voices to drive social change. His approach is rooted in self-determination and intersectionality, working to dismantle systemic barriers and foster inclusion.
