Nisha Chengo is a diplomat within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Republic of Seychelles, where she focuses on regional cooperation, peace, and security. In her role, she has facilitated Seychellois participation in over 40 capacity-building initiatives, helping professionals across various sectors access training and development opportunities. Through her participation in the Seychelles' National Multi-Stakeholder Committee for the Open Government Partnership, she advocates for greater transparency and public engagement through digital platforms. She also serves as a country representative of the United Nations Youth NGO in Seychelles, championing youth empowerment and civic participation. Driven by a strong sense of service and a commitment to resilience and community advancement, Nisha strives to create a positive impact at both the national and global levels. She is particularly passionate about equipping youth with the tools to lead and creating inclusive platforms for development and dialogue.
