Touria Pianista Benlafqih is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Social Impact and Development Employment (SIDE), a social business that connects nonprofit organizations in rural areas with corporations and volunteers, to support their operations and help them create and scale their impact. Through SIDE, she also helps young students and untrained people get work experience, preparing them for the labor market through volunteering and mentorship.
