Sithe Ncube is Co-Founder and Director of Ubongo Game Lab, an organization that seeks to encourage the growth of the game development community within Zambia. She works to increase the participation of African women in game development within the continent and on the global stage by serving as the Sub-Saharan Africa Regional Organizer for Global Game Jam, the world's largest game development event.
