Salmine believes in the power of the feminine way of leading, and that if women have access to a safe space, business skills, and resources, they can create a shift in their communities and grow the economy. Salmine's hero and inspiration is her mom, who stood beside her against all adversities she faced in her life to become a strong and independent leader.
