She is the Founder of Girls and Women Empowerment Network Trust, a community-based organization working to empower the voices of vulnerable girls and young women in rural and urban areas through education and civic engagement. Kumbirai believes empowering girls and women results in sustainable development for communities and nations for a better and safer world. She believes in empowering communities to be their own powerful voice.
