Kitso Phillip Phiri is the Executive Secretary for the Botswana Labour Migrants Association, an organization he co-founded to advocate for the rights of mineworkers and their families. As a business and human rights lawyer, his work is focused on corporate and legal accountability, promoting decent work, mining, and social justice. Kitso believes in the equitable sharing of mined commodities and promotion of local content.
