United Republic of Tanzania

Ines Atugonza Muganyizi is a Project Officer at Dalberg Global Advisors. Her role involves full integration within local governments where she catalyzes changes in processes to improve efficiency in service delivery to farmers. Ines believes Africa's potential to solve challenges is largely untapped. As such, Ines wants to encourage more young Africans to question the status quo and remain open-minded because sometimes all it takes to create solutions are a few tweaks in mindsets and systems.
