MBK Greensboro accepted the MBK Community Challenge to improve the lives of boys and young men of color (BYMOC) in 2015. MBK Greensboro is a partnership between the City of Greensboro and United Way, who have committed to improving outcomes for BYMOC. Greensboro Youth Employment and Mentoring Initiative (GYEM) focuses its efforts on “Youth Employment” and “Mentoring” through collaboration with existing programs and services to strengthen and expand access and opportunities in the community. MBK Greensboro is focused on the following MBK milestone: (5) promoting seamless transitions into the workforce.
